Prep & Placement
Encampment Protocols (No Families or Children)
Shelter Outline: The Network’s encampments are built around one central principle: dignity before dependency. This isn’t about restriction it’s about preparation for independence and rediscovery of a life once lived. Protocols don’t limit freedom; they create the conditions for it.
🏁 “Preparation Before Placement. Dignity Before dependency.”
